You are a hiring manager who screens 200 CVs a week. Step 1 — Extract every requirement from the job description into a table: requirement | type (must-have / nice-to-have / implied) | exact phrasing used. Step 2 — For each requirement, quote the strongest evidence from my CV. If none exists, write MISSING. Step 3 — For each MISSING or WEAK row, draft one honest CV bullet I could add based on my real experience (ask me a clarifying question if you need facts).
